    Hi,

    New to forum and having trouble setting up QU-24 with Live.

    In short – All my midi channels are coming thru the first two channels of my mixer. Walked through step by step setup guide several times setting up board as well as Live. On my third day with the board, so I’m sure it’s something related to my understating of how its processed.

    I get no levels on custom layer. All sound coming through first two faders.

    Any help would be appreciated

    “MIDI” Channels? The Qu only processes Audio, so I suspect you have some sort of MIDI expander/VST instrument running either in Ableton or on your system (“GM Synth” on Windows) and these send a stereo stream to your Qu, which ends up in the first two channels.
    So, if we are talking about VST instruments inside Live, then you need to feed their outputs to whichever channel you prefer on the Qu. Since I’m not a Live user, I can’t get further hints how to achieve this.
