Have you tried connecting to it with the QU Pad app.
Does the screen ever show anything.
Maybe try a force firmware update/reload.
It looks like it’s a hardware issue though.
2021/12/08 at 9:35 pm #104786GuiguixParticipantThanks Mike. I will try the options you gave me and I let you know..
2021/12/09 at 12:39 am #104790Mike CParticipantTo do a forced firmware update you hold down the USB and High Pass filter
buttons while powering on.
Of course you need a Qu formatted USB stick with the latest firmware on it already
in the QU Drive USB jack before you power it on.If by chance the app operates fine you could try it from the set up menu.
The firmware update is a long shot though.
2021/12/09 at 7:35 pm #104813GuiguixParticipantThe problem is that i can´t format a USB key in the Qu-24 because the screen doesn´t show anything. All the leds are lit but nothing responds.
Is there a way to format a USB Key without using the QU24?2021/12/09 at 9:10 pm #104817Mike CParticipantAs far as I know you need to use the mixer to format the USB stick.
Any QU mixer will work if know of another you can use.Did you try connecting to the mixer with the APP?
I’m going to say it’s a slim chance that a firmware reload will take
care of the problem, but if you can do it it’s worth trying.2021/12/10 at 4:30 pm #104855GuiguixParticipantI tried connecting the mixer with the App but it doesn´t respond..
I think i will go to an authorized Allen_heath dealer…2021/12/11 at 12:27 am #104858Mike CParticipantI kind of thought that’s what was going to need to be done.
My couple suggestions were that last desperate things to try.
2021/12/11 at 1:55 pm #104863GuiguixParticipantThank you Mike C for your help and your attempts to solve my problem. I really appreciate man.
2022/02/16 at 5:02 pm #106056FlaviojunkerParticipantHey, our QU24 at church had the same thing yesterday. We thought it might have been an ellectrical problema, but an eletrician went there today and found nothing. Has anyone figured out why this is happening?
2022/02/17 at 7:53 pm #106081GuiguixParticipantHello Flavio,
I had to bring my Q-24 to an authorized dealer here in Mexico. They told me they have to change the entire mother board and wanted to charge 1000 dollars for it.
I found another option for half the price, an engineer who told me that the mother board CAN be fixed. So for now we are waiting the original parts to be replaced from China.
I hope it will work.
Al least he managed to turn it on again without all the leds lit.
But it doesn´t complete the booting.

Summited a request for a ticket or a solution from Allen and Heath. It just seems odd that know one from Allen and Heath has replied to this with a solution. I tried the reset and forced firmware upgrade but only able to format USB through PC. Tried the FAT32 and exFAT with no success.
2023/03/18 at 3:43 pm #112054GuiguixParticipantI’m sorry to hear that. Yes Allen & Heath never answered my mail about this issue. I had it fixed for 500 US. That hurts! According to the guy who fixed it the problem probably came as a thunderstorm occurred and my ethernet cable was connected to the mixer. The electrical discharge probably came from there. So always disconnect this cable when you dont use the Q24 App (which doesn’t work anymore for me).
2023/03/18 at 6:32 pm #112057Mike CParticipantWhy doesn’t the app work for you, are you not able to connect to the mixer?
Is the ethernet jack not working, what version of the app are you using?
Make sure you have the network cable plugged into the ethernet jack and not the S link connection.Look in the ethernet jack and check for bent connectors.
2023/05/03 at 1:24 am #112684GuiguixParticipantSorry my (super late ) response.
I haven’t been able to connect to the Qu-24 with my ipad.
I assume the ethernet Port and Jack are working because the little yellow light is flashing. I’m plugged into the Network ethernet Port.
My Firmware is V.1.97 and the Qu-Pad is V.1.95
I have DHCP enabled in the SetUp/Control/ Network -
