Hi,
I’m new to the QU-16 and we are trying to set it up to record on a laptop. I’ve got a USB Cable from the port on the QU-16 and have setup the drivers on the laptop (including Qu Control Panel). I can confirm that Windows gets the output from the QU-16 as when you go to Sound Settings and choose Line (Qu-16) as the Input Device then when doing ‘Test your microphone’ the levels change when the sound desk is tested. However, I can’t get Audacity to do any thing, with input set to MME/Line (QU-16) I get absolutely nothing. I’ve tried all sorts of FAQs etc but haven’t found any settings that work.
I could, of course, record via the USB Drive but I wanted to test this approach first 🙂
Any help appreciated.
Thanks
Phillip
what are you sending to the computer?

The USB-b port or the Qu-drive?
Sorry for delay in replying! It’s coming from the USB b-port at the back of the QU-16.
Thanks
