    Hi there,

    On my QU16 I have 4 mute buttons on channels 9 – 12 that don’t want to turn off. Is there some simple reason I may be missing why this is happening. I don’t have any mute groups assigned to soft keys.

    Any luck on this? Did you reboot the mixer? How long have they been that way?
