qu-16 latency using analog outboard

using the qu-16 USB record capability, I recorded a click going into an input and sent an aux signal out to a Kush Clariphonic tilt EQ returning through ST1 input. Also recorded were the stereo outputs and the ST1 returns. I put these up into Logic and noticed that the outboard returns do not line up with the master output. I understand that there is the built-in latency of A/D from input channel to master output. What is the latency relationship between the stereo returns ST1, ST2, ST3 and the master stereo outputs? how should I compensate so the output signals align between the returns and the master stereo output?
