New QU-16 user here and wanted to share the results of an experiment I did with my QU-16 and a Tandberg RDX drive/dock.
I successfully got the QU-16 to recognize the RDX (which is removable hard disk for those who have never heard of it).
I used a 320GB RDX, but I’m guessing any RDX (they come in 320GB, 500GB, 1TB, 2TB) would work.
Have not recorded multitrack yet but the set-up screen showed it would at least connect. Will have to check through-put once I get to a gig where I am using all 16-channels.
Love the board so far, just having to adjust my brain since I have been using a Soundcraft Expression 2 for the past year.
I bought the QU-16 for smaller gigs.
