Hi All,
I picked up a CQ-20b to use as a portable teaching tool for lessons in Qlab programming so I didnt have to lug around an SQ series board for lessons. HOWEVER – I made the mistake of assuming it would be compatible with the Midi Controller software and linked via the USB to be run from a laptop using Qlab and onboard scenes.
I haven’t been able to work out how and if this is possible.
I am new to A&H having previously taught using an X32 but although I am “getting there” transitioning using Qlab with the SQ series… It would be more handy to use the CQ as I wouldn’t always have to hire the theatre to teach. Anyone got any experience with midi and the CQ-20b or Qlab and the CQ/SQ series who could offer advice?
