    My QU24 2 channels (6,7) have a problem.
The signal of these channels is lower than on the others.
I’ve plugged a microphone to this 2 channels and the signal is lower approx 20 db than on other channels.
    How to solve this problem?

Make sure the Pad isn’t set on the gain control.

I’ve tried to reset all settings, but the problem wasnt solved.

Bit of a long shot but have you tried to plug and unplug the corresponding jackplugs a couple of times ? I could see the “pad” for the line inputs being activated by a switching contact in there ?

    Good luck !

I never plug on mixer line inputs, only XLR. I’ve tested yesterday with sine all channel, one channel is lower approx 30 db and second is lower 20 db compared to other channels.

Did you try a full mixer hard reset?

Check and double check the routing on channels 6 & 7.

If you PFL the channels what level reading do you get and how do
    they sound in headphones?

Did you use the same input source and cable to check all the channels?

For a test use a line input source.

I’ve tested it all channels with sine signal already and did hard reset.
There was a problem with channels preamps.
I took it to a specialist, and he repair it.
There are problem that, maybe inputs have high level signals.
