Problem whit displays xone PX5

I have problems with the Displays the channel signal level of channel 2 and the master signal level right side. all the leds are always on. everything else works perfect. The support of the distributor in my country is very slow and after two months has not been able to give me a solution to the problem. has anyone had the same problem or could someone provide me with the schematic diagram xone px5 main pcba? Thanks
