So are the faders at 0dB or -5dB? I’m not sure what you mean by “poition 0” – do you mean the centre position of the fader, which is marked with an arrow IIRC, as it’s the flat position when you have GEQ on faders.
If at -5dB that would explain you drop, as you lower by 5dB on the channel fader, then another from there 5dB on the post fade mix send fader.
Your masters then lower the volume by another 5dB.
Try with all faders at 0dB
