Popping noise once booted up

I have a QUSB and lately I have noticed a POP sound once the mixer has booted up. It happens every time once booted.

I have the latest firmware, and have even re loaded the firmware to see if this fixed the problem, but no It didnt.

IS this a common thing? What is the fix?

Does it do it at random times after it boots up or just one time after it
first boots up?

Are there any open mic channels when the mixer boots up?
Do you have phantom power applied to any mics with those channels
open when it boots up?

Are you using a stage box?

Try disconnection all the inputs and see what happens.

Where is the pop from
how loud is it

not common if you powered up everything in proper sequence
fix is likely a trouble ticket to AH

I’ll pick up where volounteer left off…..

If your system amps and or powered speakers are already powered on and then you
turn on or off the mixer you can get a pop.

Amplifiers and powered speakers should always be turned on last after the mixer and other
input or processing equipment is turned on and turned off first when powering the system
off.

If your already doing all of that go back to my first post.
