    I can see why you have come to this particular forum post

    Looking at the manual there looks like there is a global switch
    Just above the XB badge next to the USB in / out sockets

    Set by Sel approach would be a handy process for this ..
    Similar to assin key and Pre/post key. Hold the softkey and press SEL on each input to engage phantom power
