Thank you for the reply. I know you are a busy guy.
I have already sent a message from the “shop” page.
I don’t actually know my order number. I didn’t get any confirmation email of the order from A&H.
I assumed it was because of the Christmas period. It’s only when I recieved my card statement that I began to get concerned.
I have been sending “sales” emails, but recieved no reply.
I did talk to someone Friday via telephone, sadly I didn’t get a name.
He explained the proceedure to access the codes I require, but I wasn’t able to access my computer until the evening. This is when I found I couldn’t log in.
Hopefully someone Monday morning can look into it.
