    Can’t tract my order. It has been 1 month but still i didn’t received the software code by post

    Hi Veer,

    Please log into your account on the shop and go to My Account > Download to generate your Add-on key.

    If you’re still having trouble please email support@allen-heath.com with your order number and one of the team can take a look for you.

    I have the same issue..
    I talked with someone at A&H on Friday, more or less explaining the information described by Alex.

    Here’s my problem,
    I can’t access my account.
    My email address doesn’t appear to be being recognised.

    The product has been charged to my credit card account. Shame I can’t use them.

    Hi Alex,
    Thank you for the reply. I know you are a busy guy.

    I have already sent a message from the “shop” page.
    I don’t actually know my order number. I didn’t get any confirmation email of the order from A&H.
    I assumed it was because of the Christmas period. It’s only when I recieved my card statement that I began to get concerned.
    I have been sending “sales” emails, but recieved no reply.
    I did talk to someone Friday via telephone, sadly I didn’t get a name.
    He explained the proceedure to access the codes I require, but I wasn’t able to access my computer until the evening. This is when I found I couldn’t log in.
    Hopefully someone Monday morning can look into it.
