On button!!

Hi all,

I don’t know if it’s me just missing something, I’ve been using my QU-16 now for about a year but have never figured out what the little ‘on’ button does on the QU PAD, it’s the little button below the pan control on each channel. I’ve been assuming it turns that channel on or off in a mix but can’t find reference to it anywhere.

It just turns ON the respective channels. That feature came in an earlier firmware update.

That “little” on button is important, because if it isn’t “ON”, your channel isn’t either! Had this happen while mixing on the board and couldn’t figure out why a channel wasn’t working. Never saw any reference on the QU itself that an “ON” switch on the IPad was off.

That “On” is called “Assign” on the desk. It controls if the particular channel is active on the currently selected mix.
