    So, Just migrated from 2010 iMac to 2020 Mac mini. Studio One DAW can output via USB B but no input happens. I double checked everything between the two computers. the only difference I find is the OS. iMac is on High Sierra and still has bi directional usb b to and from Qu Sb. Mini is Catalina (only choice). No audio from Qu Sb reaches DAW. However, recorded audio from DAW returns to Qu Sb. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

    Solved: Apparently in Catalina, you need to give audio interfaces permission to input audio. [System Pref./Security/microphones/DAW]. All is well again. 🙂
