    Hello, We have an idr 48 which we use with ir 72. when we plug in a mic the signal is showing till the master fader. But there is no sound coming from the headphone out or the Main Mix XLR out. Can anybody help.

    check your routing! especially if you load a new show (or load the default show) the output routing may be lost! i would recommend you to store your own default show after setting up a clean scene!

    Thanks mate. I tried that. But no change. I am thinking whether the ACE output have any complaint. Because through that both data and audio travels. In my case the signal is showing from the input right to the master out. But no sound is coming through the mixer.
