No option to update firmware CQ18 –

I’m on v. 1.1 but want to get the latest firmware but it’s not showing up on the mixer update screen – I’m connected to mac and can use the mix software to control the mixer via WiFi but no option to update – what am I missing? Thanks

Firmware can be updated using a USB drive or from CQ-MixPad (which includes the firmware file).
As you’re running CQ-MixPad on a Mac, I’d suggest the easiest option is to download and install the latest version of CQ-MixPad (https://www.allen-heath.com/hardware/cq/cq-18t/resources/), then when you connect this to your CQ, it’ll give you the option to update.
