A sound tech at my church reported not being able to hear anything on the right side of the headphones when enabling PAFL for any channel. This started a few weeks ago with no explanation.
Our first suspicion was that the headphones were bad, but while working on a mix using Virtual Soundcheck I noticed if I pan anything to the right I cannot hear the channel in house either. All channels including the Main LR channel are set to center i.e. no panning.
Most sound techs do not have access to low level audio config on the board nor can they save any scene changes. Those of us who do have admin access do not know what caused this.
I am wondering if anyone might have any thoughts as to any board configuration that could be causing this? I have not found anything in the firmware docs.
