My name is Yannick NCA and I am a user of the Allen Health SQ6 mixer. I currently reside in Mozambique and have been experiencing a persistent issue with my equipment.
After exhaustive attempts to install different firmware versions available on the official Allen Health website, the mixer still hangs at the startup screen displaying the Allen Health logo. I have diligently followed all recommended installation procedures, but the issue persists.
Due to my location in Mozambique, I do not have access to an official Allen Health technical support center. Therefore, I am seeking guidance and assistance remotely.
I would like to request your help in understanding the possible causes of this problem and if there is any solution I can try to resolve it. Any additional guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
