It happened before – but yesterday i had to switch off Mixrack and turn it on again.
Had no time to switch off Monitors as i were stressed… ๐Ÿ˜‰
And as the Mixrack booted up and build the settings – the Monitors had a big feedback.

Maybe there could be a option to mute the outputs for 5 seconds or so till all settings are online when the Mixrack boots up.

This has to be an Hardware mute of course.

I’d like to see an option for mute at startup, period, with no delay to unmute.

    nooo, please not
In case of failure the mixrack should operate as left…
if the system is muted, your show is stopped,
until you have something coneccted that can control your show

I know the situation Albin mentions. for example, it is about a short-term failure of the power supply.
I pointed this out a long time ago.

In my opinion, the problem lies in the fact that the preamps get a very high sensitivity for a moment when the phantom power is switched on again. it’s very short, so the feedback is very short. but it can be very annoying.
the better method has to be: mute the INPUTS for a moment; -)
it would therefore be very helpful if the time to unlock would be a little longer, so that the circuits can adjust themselves accordingly.

a mute until the mixrack is fully started will be nice, now there are 3 loud kracks when the system start after a failure. A mute inputs is active on all mics this is not a sollution.
the ilive give no sound at start. A&H said the S series are also quiet ๐Ÿ™

Yes – thats not so good as it always produces feedbacks.
