    Hi,

I bought SQ5 for live band. I was limited by some features. 6 months ago I bought DM0 and recenlty C1500 to pilot DM0.
    On SQ5 I had 16 faders + 1 main then on C1500 12 without main faders.
    6 layers is not enought.
Improvement should be to increase number from 6 to 12 by using same button.
First click on button A recall layer A another click call G. It ‘s a pity to have less possibility in term of cotnrol than SQ5 becuase this controler cost 4 times more thant SQ5…
This improvement should be very good.
    Thanks,

    Agreeing with Mfk0815.
I just use DCA spill and softkeys. I also find it way faster than scrolling through layers. 🙂

Activate DCA spill and all your DCAs also become layers. AND you can put those onto softkeys..

use scenes to essentially create sets of layers and assign the scene recalls to softkeys. You can even set a single softkey to ‘toggle’ between different sets of layers with a bit of an understanding of how the scene handling works on these consoles.

Dca spills may be a viable option as well, although sometimes a bit messy.
