I just did a couple of tests and things worked for me the way I expected.
However, there is one big limitation to the power on scene that is rooted in the way scenes work on dLive. Surface parameters are not stored in the Mix Rack, so when the Mix Rack powers on and recalls the power on scene, it can only restore the parts of the power on scene that pertain to itself. That means that things like strip layout, soft key assignment, etc. will not be recalled at power up, even if they are part of the power on scene.
