Hey folks!
So finally got my hands on the dm48/cdm32 we ordered. I often wander around the venue during rehearsals checking mixes and so forth, so was very much looking forward to not having to use a VNC as we have with VENUE. Played around a bit with MixPad this afternoon; it seems fairly solid, though a bit laggy. I think that may be the crap router I’m using to test basics at the moment. I have, however, come across what I would consider to be a fairly large bug/failure point: You cannot recall scenes from within the app. Is there a plan to add this as a feature? There are a couple of workarounds, and I do plan on implementing network midi controls; but I would much rather be able to hand my volunteers an iPad for some of the smaller events and allow them to use a single app for mix and cue recall.
