We are a fully digital band and run multiple instruments in stereo. I uas a qu-pac and want two additional stereo mixes for IEMs. Is there a way to make monomix 1 and 2 into a stereo mix?

    Hi John,

The mono mixes 1-4 are fixed as mono on Qu, but you could add a dSnake expander and make use of the 4 stereo groups which are switchable to mixes.

The dSnake expander will allow you to patch the groups to output sockets, which aren’t available locally on the Qu-Pac.

    Thanks!

Without a dSnake expander, you also have one more stereo output available from the Alt Out (TRS) sockets, which can be set up as any mix output. So if you change a group into a mix that can be routed there.

Then, if you’re a band mixing from stage, you could PAFL a second group, changed to a mix & use the headphone out. Probably best that the person who controls the desk uses this one to avoid unexpected changes though!
