Main Mix Insert

So I have an insert send/receive patched into the main mix. Per drawings this is pre-fader so level out should be constant. Mine is acting like
a post-fade, the level out increases when I raise the main mix l/r fader. Is this correct or have I patched or set an option incorrectly?

Hi @JTRJAMMER

If you have patched as an insert using the insert point in the mix processing channel (i.e. from the Insert ‘block’ in the processing screen), then you should not see any level difference out to your inserted unit.
You could send a copy of your show file to us using support.allen-heath.com to see if we can spot anything, but I would definitely triple check the patching first.
