Hello. I’m a bit new to this whole audio thing so bare with me here. I work with a local church which does a mix of hymns and contemporary music done by the praise team. For years I’ve been able to record and mix using Logic Pro X using a HDSpe Card (in a Mac Pro running El Capitan) and a MADI 64 in Port B of a xDR-16. However, now, after they made some changes to the audio system, I’m unable to get the full 64 Channels available. Using RME Totalmix, I’m only finding the stereo aux for our livestream and that’s it. I’ve checked every setting and knob and what not but nothing has changed.
Any help?
BTW, I’m using a ILive-144 with an ace card(if that’s any help.)
Hi Sarx,
Can you define “Some changes” (What has actually changed?).
The first thing to have a look @ is your Patch there is some documentation here:
https://www.allen-heath.com/media/xDR-16+Getting+Started+Guide+AP8331_2.pdf
If you have audio there will probably be an issue with the audio not patched correctly.
(Input >XDR port B >Madi >RME >Logic)
