Hi,
One of our M Dante cards started to create issues meaning that Device is visible in the Dante Controller for 10-45 secs and after this it disappears. Most of the information in the Device Config, Network config tabs etc. becomes greyed out after this short time.
The problem follows the card so switching for example the cards between the desks (112 and 80) has been tested.
Also it seems that Switch Configuration information is never received from the card as it keeps saying “Retrieving interface information – please wait…”
Clear Config does not actually do anything and also rebooting has been tested. Only way to get the card visible in the Dante Controller is to boot the desk and after up to 45 secs everything becomes greyed.
Dante Firmware Updating does not help either as the updater software is not able to connect to the card.
Is there anything to be checked or tested still?
