LOCK UP ON BOOT

Hey guys, today my SQ6 began to lock up on boot just out of the blue. No reason at all. It sticks at the “Shutdown, Lock & Brightness” screen. Our SQ6 is in a studio/broadcast setting. The only way to get it working again is a hard reset. We have used it for 3 weeks now with no issues. Any Ideas? I have already submitted a ticket with A&H support.

Mine boots into the lock screen as well, however I found that selecting a channel and then hitting processing or routing takes me straight to the correct screen…
I found it confusing at first to understand that with no channel selected the screen lock pops up…
dont know if thats what your experiencing, but its what happens to me…

Sorry guys, I guess I didn’t communicate my issue very well. It locks up and I can’t press any buttons to get out of that screen. Nothing happens when I press other buttons. Only a hard reset fixes the issue. Hope that helps.
