It happen that if i push one of the two signal test (left or right in pics 1) i can regolary ear sound test in ST3. But not the music from iTunes.

in the same situation if i turn ch1 and ch2 in ubs B input (pic2) iTunes music goes well in 1 and2 mixer channels. (See green led in those channel of pic3)….

hmmm. ok you have me stumped ?
Your problem must be something to do with the other older audio software you are or were running?

Sorry I can not read Italian.

A thought… Have you tried downloading and running the DAW app?
Apparently you dont need this however I spent a whole day on a QU16 with my Mac and then switched to QU24 and I definitely had to run that DAW App…
Try it? might be worth a go.

    cheers

Thanks to all who replied to mimmo’s OP. I couldn’t find it anywhere in the guide where it explained that STR1 came form stereo output 25&26 (Qu-24) and so on for STR2 and STR3 when USB Streaming. This is my first mixer and it can be a tad confusing.

    You guys rock!

thank you so much everybody for your replies.
I have also installed both DAW control and TCP midi driver.
Even if I actually haven’t find a solution I do a test with quicktime player and with a UVI grand piano.
Both of quicktime player and UVI grand piano works well and I can ear them coming from ST3.
But no sound coming from itunes and safari (youtube ecc. ecc.).
    Thank you for your helping.

    Hi all,

We are aware of this routing issue on some versions of Mavericks and Yosemite. Looks like an OS X bug since it affects other products with different USB platforms.

There is a possible workaround which we found to work in most cases: in the Audio Midi configuration window, go to Multichannel Mode, and ensure that it is set to a valid Multichannel mode, for example 5.1, NOT stereo. Stereo audio should then return to the correct channels.

    Hope this helps.
