Okay, here we go: We have a mixer in a church which is normally used by dedicated People. In some cases it can be that some other Person has to use the mixer only for Little sessions like practices or Little congegrations. Therefore we have a second user beside the admin called “GeneralUser”. This GeneralUser have not all permissions. E.g. no Access via Apps and an specific Szene area (from 281-300).

We recognized that this GeneralUser can recall Scenes via softkeys where it should not have permission to. Okay, that would be fine for us and to be honest: For us this Situation is very good (in my opinion this is a bug). BUT: Than we decided to set permissions that this GeneralUser shall not be able to store Scenes. We have SoftKey where the Actual Scene can be stored. And perhaps you guess: The GeneralUser can use the SoftKey to Store Scenes which are below 281. So this is a bug: First this is not the defined area of Scenes for this user and second is that the user has no permission to store. How can this happen? Is there a Problem with the softkeys?

    Hi @lomtas,

No, it is not a bug, this is intended to be used by the admin to offer specific functions on SoftKeys that would otherwise be inaccessible.
If you do not wish for your ‘GeneralUser’ to have access to these functions, they can be unassigned from the SoftKeys.
You can also make sure the global filter for SoftKeys is set to ‘Allow’ and change the function of them for the scene range you mention.

    Thanks,
    Keith.
