is it possible to save routing/send information?

For example I am looking to save an individual Stereo Aux Mix for a particular user so all the routing/send information they creat for their mix is saved to a recallable library/scene?

You can do that by saving a scene, then applying the recall filter. Block all initially then go to that particular mix and unblock what should be unblocked, then go to the inputs and unblock that mix from each of the inputs, under routing.
