    The answer is no.

Setup up of the ip1 ip6 ip8 has to be done from the console.

This isn’t implementent in the sq serie’s

SQ and dLive (and Qu) use different control protocols, and whilst there are similarities, it would a complete rework of the IP8 firmware along with large additions to SQ firmware.
We will continue to monitor demand for it’s use with SQ, but for now, the IP8 is only supported on a dLive system.

    Thanks,
    Keith.

I have both, a dLive as well as a SQ. I also have a IP8 and would love to use it also on the SQ.

If the IP8 can be used as an extra fader bank for the SQ mixers, they will immediately go from completely out of question to very interesting.
Having just one fader bank is the only issue stopping me from buying one, as one fader bank doesn’t fit my workflow.

I really hope that you will take the time needed to add the support for IP8 in SQ.

    Best regards,
    Andreas

    For marketing:
Please make the iP8 available on ALL systems and
you will get a loyalty base like never imagined!
