So I’ve come across a rather odd issue and I don’t know how to proceed and try and fix it, and was hoping to get some advice.
I’ve got a Qu-16 connected to an AB168 stage-box, and it works just fine except for inputs 14 and 15. We’ve can’t seem to get any signal from those channels to the mixer. I’m unsure if this is a config issue or a hardware issue (hoping it’s the former), and don’t know how to test/fix from here. The channels are all routed normally to the board (so no input 15 sends to channel 18 or anything), and inputs directly into the back of the Qu16 work just fine. We’ve also double checked that it’s not the microphone, as audio will come through other channels just fine.
Any advice you might have would be greatly appreciated.
