    Hello,
    I have one of the first Ilive in Germany, so its not wondering why bios battery is not working any more.
    Our surface was sleeping three years , now I like to wake him up.

    Could someone tell me how to open the backside fully to get to the battery out?!
    I can see it (look at he picture), but to solder the battery out, I have to pull out the whole thing.
