I had this happen for the 2nd time yesterday; first time was about a year ago. I patch my inputs from the bottom up: #1 is F1 and #48 is A8.
Yesterday I had a 41 input show with my iDR48/T-112. When everything was patched, I started soundcheck only to discover that the “D” row of inputs wasn’t working. I couldn’t get any input signal on any of the 8 Inputs. I then switched the input assignments to the remaining 7 Inputs on the “A” row, only to discover that the “A” row didn’t work either. My iDR48 is now a 32!
I saved the show, power-cycled the Mix-Rack, and then everything worked as normal. When this happened a year ago, it was just the “D” row; now it’s “A” and “D”. I’m a little worried that as the unit ages (It’s only 2 years old) that this behavior will become more common. Anyone else experience this?
