I/O Patch changes intermittently

The I/O patch will change with anyone accessing the I/O Page.
During the show, we loose channel 1 with anyone Accessing the patch page.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Can you give more details about ‘losing channel 1’ please?
And when you say ‘accessing the I/O page’ is this on the SQ surface or when using MixPad on a remote device?

I would recommend checking in ‘Setup > Surface > Surface Prefs’ that the ‘Safe I/O Patching’ is switched ‘ON’ to rule out anything funky with the touchscreen on any device.
