    In the I/O menu, it is possible to save a configuration (library) of the inputs, why is it not possible for the outputs?

    because it is not that easy to handle it

    It can be saved as part of a scene.
    Maybe build up some scenes with different IO configurations that you use
    and then use those scenes as needed to starting point configuring the mixer
    for an upcoming event.

    You can also use recall filters to set up scenes that change nothing but the output patch.
