    I currently have 4 (1-4) Effects configured to route to the main outputs but I would like a different set of effects (5 -8) for our LiveStream that is routed through Mix 3 / Aux 8 on the console?

    I assume that you do not want to use that effects ans insert FX for channels. So the only possibility is to use some Aux/Mix buses for the effects. you can use the back panel view to assign the Aux bus as the input of that FX. Once done you can use the FX return channel of that FX also on at least one of the fader layers. Set the Aux to post fader sends and then it will work as FX1-4
