Hey guys, so i’m heading back to church tommorow and I need to fix some things. One of them is that the house mix affects the aux mix. A vocalist asked me to turn them up on the monitors, so I did but nothing happend. Only when I lifted up the fader of her mix on the FOH mix it came through the monitors as well. This really affects me to when I’m on drums as my in ear mix is easily effected by what the FOH engineer is doing. Any ideas?

    Thanks zak.

Oh I also forgot to mention the monitors are on separate auxes and the drummers in ears are a stereo aux.

    switch it to PRE fader

but first of all read the manual
and use the search in the forum
this question is a weekly one…
and affects all desks on the market in the same way

monitor mixes should always be pre fader when the board is used as FOH

    yes
    just try it

shortcut would be select the mix (blue buttons) then hold the PRE/POST button on the right side
with the select key in the inputs you toggle between pre/post using the mix master select key toggles the whole mix pre/post
