    Hi all!

I have a question about the midi mapping on the GS-R24m mixer specifically for Pro Tools. I have a newer Mac and can’t even download the Midi software that A&H made for this board. I’m connecting my board via ADAT to a separate ADAT interface to send audio, and using the boards Midi out and in to send midi information.

I have a general understanding of how to designate Midi controls in the peripherals page in Pro Tools, but I don’t know how to map each individual button to its corresponding function. I’ve seen the midi maps in the user guide but I don’t know how to translate them to Pro Tools. I know that Bome Midi Translator is a tool that can do this but I’ve looked into it and I don’t have enough programming know-how to figure out how to build such a complex template for the GSR that I can use.

I saw that for the GSR’s predecessor, the R16, A&H made the type of large template files to use with Bome. Are there analogous Bome files for the GSR? Either made my A&H or by any of you individually?

    Cheers,
    Tom
