    Just staring using our me1’s with gld but for some reason the channel names are not being received.

    We are using the meu hub between the 2.

    Me1’s are in auto mode as per manual

    Is it because im using the hub and need to send the names via laptop using the network port?

    We use a Zyxel POE switch and the names transfer fine. Is your monitor mode on the gld set for me1?

    Worth checking you are running the latest version of ME-U and ME-1 firmware (V1.01 and V1.10 respectively).
