Yup, has happened to me in the past and had to send the whole thing out for SSD replacement and reload. It’s a shame they don’t make it easier to reload the system without having to send it out. Might suggest opening a case with support and seeing if they can help you with any suggestions. My only suggestions would be just to try a number of times and maybe remove all accessories, dsnake connections, I/O card, remove power for a bit, etc and see if you can get it to boot with nothing attached/connected.
