    Hi there

    Is there something special to consider when updating firmware? Should the Stageboxes (GX4816, DX012) run during update?

    all you need to know
    and it took me 10s to find it (before somebody else is saying that it’s hidden)

    I know the documents. My question was about experiences with the firmware update and if one has to be aware of something.

    Before updating your console make a backup of all important data. Shows, scenes, libraries. This should be done on regular basis, but especially before running an update. Read the update instruction carefully and obey that instructions. And make a backup!!! 😉
