I have the strip assigned for Fx1Rtn but it still doesn’t show up where it’s supposed to on layer “B”. Please see picture.

This is how the rest of my Fx returns look.
From the Manual:
“Use the Back Panel view to check the FX patching. Effects
such as reverb and delay use Mix->Return patching. You can
also insert an FX into a channel or mix.”
Select “Mix->Return”
