FX Shared / Inserted Issue

Hi everybody,

how many FX insertions are possible per channel with the CQ20B?

My problem as an example: I use the Easy Verb (FX1) for a channel, select “inserted” with the correspondent label and the “in” button will be activated. So far so good. Then I add the “Echo Verb” (FX2) to the same channel also via insert. As soon as I do this, the “IN” button for FX2 appears, the “IN” button for FX1 disappears and the mode shows “shared”.

What does this mean? Do the FX1 switches back to “Shared”? Is actually only 1 insert per channel possible?

The FX you want do not make sense as an insert.
Use FX Send+Return instead (see yellow in the block diagram).
