    All off a sudden, all of the FX sends have permanently muted on my CQ18T. As you can see from the photo, the channels are not muted on the faders and receiving audio from all of the input channels. But, none of the FX engines are audible to any of the outputs or MainLR. On the page tab (circled on photo) the FX channels are muted. I have tried using both the unit and Mix Pad app to reactivate the FX channels, but no joy.

    Any thoughts?

    Quick footnote following much investigation…this problem doesn’t occur when creating a new scene and is only affecting previously saved scenes. Great! Howevever, the FX channels in the page tab don’t turn red when muting. Not overly concerned about that as I now have the FX engines working as they should, but it’s a bug nonetheless.

    That does look like it could be a weird bug.
    To help us investigate, could you please send a copy of your show with the bad scenes through to us using support.allen-heath.com or by emailing support@allen-heath.com.

    Thank for replying so promptly Keith.

    Unfortunately, I have deleted the scenes in frustration earlier today and started from scratch, so I won’t be able to send you a copy the of the show that had the problematic scenes. But, I will send you the show as it is now anyway as the fader indicators on the page tab on every scene still won’t turn red when muting.
