    I’m unable to insert an effect at a channel or a mix. I go to Channel 1 and select Processing and FX Insert button/label is there, but will not respond. Same with my mix outputs. Can someone tell me what I’m missing? The Ducking feature is available, but not FX. Thanks

    Did you reconfigure your FX to be used as Insert instead of Bus? Check out The Manual on page 30 and 56.

    the button only comes available if one FX engine is set as insert for the channel
