    For the soft rotaries on the right side of the screen, when right clicking to enter a value, they won’t work/stick. This is true to send levels only, thrs and alike on comp do work. Tested this is on Win10 and Ventura here.

    We updated to FW V2.0 last week. Now our custom rotaries for Mono Matrix and Stereo Matrix do not work and cause error. Adjusting Mono Matrix causes “MixRack – Internal Error”. Adjusting Stereo Matrix causes “Surface – Internal Error”. See attached photo

    We submitted a help ticket with American Music & Sound and it was moved up to Allen-Heath UK. Waiting for a response. We rolled back to V1.98.
