Last weekend I had my first open air jobs with my SQ6. So far so well. The first job was in the evening but the second one on Saturday I had to do the job in the sun, no sunshade available. But no problems with the temperature. Also the channel strips were fully readable, even the Level LED was visible. Only the touchscreen was sometimes hard to read.
The only disappointment was that sometimes the wind brought some small blossoms to the desk and some of these blossoms found their way into the desk via the channel faders. some protection against such things like rubber lips or similar would be nice. At the moment I do not know how to remove such small pieces from the inside of the SQ.
But nevertheless the SQ did the job and that is at least the important thing.
