Faders not working

I have a qu 24 and the faders have stopped working! hardware or software malfunction?
These days I have used with the ipad to be able to control Fx and monitors!

Stopped working in what way….you move the faders but they no control of the levels, the faders will still manually control the level but the motor control does not work to reposition the fader as you change modes.

the fader changes the levels! but when I switch modes, the faders do not move! I do LR if I need to go to the FX noa alter stays where they are! for example the links channels also do not work!

what will only Softoware be?

Have you tried perferforming a “Hard Reset” to see if that remedies the problem?

Sounds like it’s the hardware, a hard reset is always worth a try though.
